1. Who we are
Moply is software for residential and commercial cleaning companies: scheduling, crews, a customer portal, quotes and invoices. It is available at moply.app and in the Moply apps for iOS and Android (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by ZUNNO WEB DESIGN LTDA (“we”, “us”). 2. Our role
Cleaning companies (“Companies”) use Moply to run their business. When a Company enters information about its customers, properties and employees, we process that information on the Company’s behalf and under its instructions; the Company decides what it collects and is responsible for it. If you are a customer or employee of a Company, you can also contact the Company directly about your information. For our own accounts, billing, website and security records, we decide how information is used, as described here.
3. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash), preferred language and sign-in settings such as two-step verification. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider.
- Company information: business name, address, phone, tax ID (EIN) shown on invoices, logo, plan and settings.
- Information Companies enter: customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses and access notes, property details, birthdays and preferred language; employees and teams; schedules, checklists, notes, quotes, invoices and payment records. Moply records payments but does not process card payments or store card numbers.
- Photos: pictures the crew takes of a cleaning or an incident. Location data inside photos is removed when they are uploaded, and cleaning photos are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Messages: messages and reschedule requests between customers and their Company in the customer portal.
- Device and security information: IP address, browser or device type, app version, sign-in times and a log of important actions, used to keep accounts secure. If you allow notifications in the app, we store a push token for your device.
- Website contact form: the name, email, company and message you send us.
Moply does not track your device’s location.
4. How we use information
- To provide the Service: scheduling, the crew’s day, the customer portal, quotes, invoices and reports.
- To send service messages by email, text message (SMS) and push notification, such as a cleaning being scheduled, moved or cancelled, the crew being on the way, sign-in codes and invoice reminders.
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
- To answer support requests and messages sent through our website.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Text messages (SMS)
Phone numbers are used to send the service messages described above to people who agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Customers can also turn text messages off in the customer portal settings. See our SMS Terms.
We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information while the account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Cleaning photos are deleted after 30 days. When an account is deleted, we delete or anonymize its personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons (for example, invoices a Company issued) and copies in backups, which are overwritten over time.
8. Security
Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, passwords are stored as secure hashes, sign-ins can require a verification code, and each Company’s data is kept separate from other Companies’. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, write to admin@zunnodigital.com.
9. Your choices and rights
- You can review and update your account information in your account settings.
- Customers can choose, in the portal settings, whether service updates reach them by email and by text message. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Push notifications follow your phone’s settings.
- You can ask for a copy of your information, its correction or its deletion by writing to admin@zunnodigital.com. To delete your account, see Delete your account.
- California residents have the right to know, access, correct and delete their personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If your information was entered by a Company, we may refer your request to that Company and will help it respond. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children
The Service is meant for businesses and their customers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe we have, write to admin@zunnodigital.com and we will delete it.
11. Where information is processed
Moply is operated by ZUNNO WEB DESIGN LTDA, a company based in Brazil, and serves customers in the United States. Information may be stored and processed in the United States, in Brazil and in other countries where our service providers operate, with safeguards that protect it as described in this policy. If Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) applies to you, you also have the rights it provides, which you can exercise by writing to admin@zunnodigital.com.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will notify account owners by email or in the Service before they take effect.
